Exchanges

Every product we sell comes with a 24-hour exchange. If something isn't right, bring it back with your receipt within 24 hours of purchase and we'll exchange it.

Phone repair warranty

All phone repairs come with a 60-day warranty. If you have an issue with a repair we completed, bring your phone and your receipt back within 60 days and we'll take care of it. The warranty covers our parts and workmanship. It does not cover new physical damage, liquid damage, or repairs done by someone else after ours.

Special-order parts

When a part has to be ordered for your repair, we take a deposit up front.

Receipt required

A receipt is required for all exchanges and warranty claims.

Online sales and shipping

We do not sell or ship products online. All purchases are made in store at 10 Wildcat Dr, Suite D, Wright City, MO 63390.
